Terrible Customer Service
We were initially very pleased with this machine. It broke within the warranty period. Subsequently dealing with their “customer care” center has been anything but caring.

Wonderful Coffee – Company not environmentally or socially responsible

Braun Tassimo TA1200 – defective
Received this product from you and it was defective.
Called Tassimo and they did trouble shooting with me and
said it was defective. It wouldn’t work.
